Ali Medrano began his career in construction working as a lead carpenter for Apex Design Company around his mid twenties in Virginia where he developed the passion for renovating homes. After spending three years with the company Ali took his passion and in 2003 founded Medrano's Construction LLC. Ali along with his team served home builders/developers on the field of carpentry, handyman and punch out work on both custom and production homes all throughout Northern Virginia. After being in business for nine years, Ali made the ultimate decision to take a break from the family-owned company and took the opportunity to work as a project manager for Stanley Martin Homes.

Working for Stanley Martin Homes for five years has enlightened Ali to see the change in the Northern Virginia housing market, rendering an increase need for remodelers rather than strictly home builders. With this realization along with missing the personal elements and interactions that come with working in a smaller residential firm, Ali decided to reside from the project manager duties and reestablish Medrano's Construction LLC. Ali currently handles every project himself along with our experienced team to make every project a success while achieving an overall top-grade final product.

 

Ali's personal interests are spending time with his wife and children, house hunting, traveling,and giving back to the community.
